It is only legal until SCOTUS says it isn't. I am not talking about what happens if he is off the ballot I am talking about what happens when he inevitably is put back on.

Then our lawmakers deal with it... We have a checks and balances system for a reason. If we don't take advantage of it when one of them screws us or screws up then what's the point?
The Supreme Court decides to put him back on the ballot elect enough Democrats to get them impeached and removed from office and you go from there.
The simple point is we can't be afraid of what these people might do... We have to use every single legal challenge we can and fight back.

So if a 20-year-old collected signatures to get on a Presidential ballot, was denied by the state election supervisor, and then sued to get on the ballot, the judge should allow it? Constitutional rules on who is eligible to be President shouldn't matter? If they do matter, then who decides if the rules are being followed fairly, if not the courts?

In Chicago, there are small bands of RWNJ's throughout the city.
