No one outside of nerds like us care about the 2024 election until around Labor Day 2024. We'd all be best off copying the Canadians running a 60 day campaign but rich idiots wouldn't get to waste their billions buying politicians that way.

Jesus no one is saying that. What we are saying is polling is worthless (especially a year out) and has been for multiple cycles. They can't get a representative sample anymore and even if they could almost all of them skew the results to try and push the headline they predetermined. It's a joke and it is why the media and the pollsters repeatedly get caught flat-footed on election day.

The last 6 years we have given you plenty of examples of how this works. All you need to do is look at analysis of the Midterms and their polling to see why it is irrelevant. (Or polls from 2019) Or watch the video I posted last friggin week from Jen Psaki telling you why sweating this isn't worth it. Polls don't get people to vote...policies and fear do.

Look you deride (correctly) clowns like Maher for being clickbait nonsense...the conversation he had with his guests about Biden was based on these same polls. He says exactly what you are saying now. That should give you pause...

The false part is you think we believe it can't happen. We know it can...but these polls don't prove or disprove because the stats are friggin bs. Its the same out of date methodology that had Minnesota trending very red, The House being a bloodbath, Senate Maps locking up Mitch as Majority Leader til he dies, Biden struggling to rebuild the Blue Wall and State Legs never being won back. Its like running the PWR in week 3 of the season...sure in the end it could be correct about who is number 1 at the end of the year but that is luck not based on any real probability.

Of which, almost none of it had anything to do with 2015 polling. Hillary was beating Trump and Jeb's ass then. It meant nothing, because year out polls mean nothing. Some of y'all need Decaf or a hobby.

I feel like Sir Richard Attenborough’s character, John Hammond, in Jurassic Park saying at the dinner table to Sam O’Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum’s characters “And the only one I’ve got on my side is the bloodsucking lawyer.”
Definitely not wringing my hands. If I’m going to show extreme worry or concern, I’ll express it differently than my original post on the topic.

Yes. I don’t disagree with that tweet at all. I myself said that non-response rates for Democrats are higher than they currently are among Republicans because of what’s going on in the world. I think a larger than usual segment of Democrats are upset with Biden during the time the poll was in the field.

I agree...numbers now are just not trustable because of what the world is dealing with.

I will say if Biden loses because a bunch of you nimrods let their terrible historical knowledge stop them from voting im out of here. Fascism and Antisemitism don't mix well. Im off to Costa Rica.
