No. Kepler is right. The instant that Naziism stops delivering 51%, the GOP will drop Naziism like a hot potato. “Hey guys, we’ve been in favor of diversity and equality all along. Where have you been?”

And when *that* happens, Fox News will stop telling people to be Nazis every 30 seconds, your and my KKkuntry Kuzzins (we’ve all got them) will literally forget to keep thinking Nazi about two attention spans later, i.e. about 3 minutes. That’s why it is going to be a tidal wave.

I hope you're right, but my kuntry family members exhibited these traits long before it was popular. They'll tell you the Willie Horton ad was spot on.

Ah, no, you’re right - there certainly is a core subset of Nazis who are beyond saving. However, once Fox stops fanning the flames and telling everyone that it’s okay to be a Nazi, they’ll lose the more recent converts and really start losing elections, the racist core will be much less motivated to vote, even if they don’t actually change their views. The tsunami will be in election results*, not necessarily actual sentiments.

*by definition, the Republicans will keep winning elections due to the wonder that is a 2-party system. However, they will only do so because they will be choosing to run candidly who are much more moderate and less damaging to the country. Overton will have shifted back to the left.

"For $1, New Hampshire voters were invited to drink beer with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Saturday in Concord. But barely more than two dozen people showed up at the New Hampshire Home Builders Association" 2 dozen Coors Lights are $30, he lost $6

More Republicans say Trump committed crimes. But they still support him.

Hey at least the mouth-breathers have the Babylon Bee.

Ron’s biggest donor closing wallet due to Ron’s extreme stance on abortion.

I love this paragraph:

“Bigelow said he’d communicated his concerns to the campaign, and that he’d specifically told DeSantis campaign manager Generra Peckthat the candidate needed to moderate his stance. He added that Peck, whom Bigelow described as a “very good campaign manager,” reacted with “a long period of silence where I thought maybe she had passed out.”

To be fair, Mother never let him pump gas himself. She felt the entire act would give him impure thoughts.

(Also, Mike, no we don't really remember that much $2/gallon gas. For pretty much all of your administration it hovered around $3/gallon, not too far from where it is now, except for that whole time when no one was driving because you let a virus run wild.)

Why do people fall for the grift anytime republicans open their blow holes. Gas was $1.31/gallon on average when I got my drivers license. Adjusted for inflation today I should be paying around $4.50/gallon. I filled my tank 2 days ago and paid $3.39. And my car gets 45 MPG on the highway, not the 18 or 19 whatever I drove back then would get. My car costs so much less per mile to drive today than it did then, and as a bonus its far safer than anything on the highway was then. It's startling how much dumber republicans have gotten over the last 40 or 50 years. In another 40 or 50 they'll be too stupid to breathe if they continue to fall behind in the brain pan at a similar rate.

When I was in college, sophomore year (96-97 school year), I think, that was the last time I paid less than $1/gallon. It lasted for a few weeks. I reveled in it at the time, otherwise gas was around $1.25/gal.

Nothing like a rich dude from a rich family rapping about anything, let alone rapping about coming from a poor background and betting everything on that one chance for success.
