That's why I'm advocating for a candidate who is the most interested in regulating our own government's foreign policy and the one who is most likely to put pressure on other nations who act badly. This is the area where the president has the most unilateral power to act on their* own.

That's the best (and to your point the only) mechanism for stopping it especially given our nation's power and footprint size in the foreign realm.

I don't see anything about Moulton that suggests "star" to me. He seems like a backbencher who inexplicably took a flier on the big job cuz, I dunno, bored maybe?

I don't know what MA-6 is like but I would think we could do better there. I don't get the impression he's going to be fearlessly leading any liberal causes.

There was another shot from today on the candidate results, but the MN4Pete account had the better picture showing Warren crushing the competition. I couldn't believe Sanders was so low. I'm not sure I would assign any significant value to this, but it's surprising to say the least.

Biden is also getting crushed. Fifth place, maybe sixth.

How does the bean thing even work? Like do you personally go to that booth, they give you a bean, and you put it in the tube for whoever?

I can't entirely remember because I didn't vote. But I think you had to essentially sign up for their (the DFL's) email list. I think...

Then they gave you a bean and you walk up and drop it in.

It's a pretty standard straw poll.
