2018-2019 Division I Commitments

Re: 2018-2019 Division I Commitments

Some of the bigger name schools only show 1-2 commits. Is there a site that shows the Canadian and European girls that must be committed? A lot of talent in 2018. Surprised that more girls are not committed yet. I would have also expected all the U18 national girls to all be committed. Maybe they are silent about it?

Cami Kronish, G, North American Hockey Academy, has committed to Wisconsin.

Wisconsin making a lot of moves in a short amount of time. We're these girls committed for a while and this is just coming out?

Kronish's and Curl's commitments were recent per twitter, within a few days of posting here.

Guessing they were in discussions for a while and maybe a deal was sealed after the NAHA Labor Day tourney (for one of them at least)? Not sure what the recruiting "dead periods" are in women's hockey but the recruiting calendar may be a factor when making an announcement. Just a guess. Other people who've been down this road would have more to offer
