Gopherbigguy, have you missed all the beatdowns bc has given wcha teams over the years? And you're complaining that one of your teams wasn't matched up against them? Not the same bc as in the past but quit your whining.

So I see we're back to celebrating the mariucci freakin classic victory...I thought you guys were minnesota, a legendary program. Rather than wasting your time crying about bc, just focus on having your hands full with und.

It was a nice victory. Showed that we can return an arse-whupping. Nothing wrong in being happy about that. Do I consider it a VENGEANCE!!!! :mad::mad::mad: (c) Scooby game? Naw. Made me smile, though. :)

That's right. Every year we go through this. You have to understand that besides us on this board and a few other people, most people in the US couldn't care less about college hockey. I don't know how many times I have to say this - it is a REGIONAL sport that has NO appeal for advertisers or television. Just the fact that the lacrosse games that go into overtime pre-empt hockey is all you have to know. Hockey in New England and Minnesota is like water polo in California. I don't even know how many players on a water polo team and I'm sure that most of the people in California don't even know where they play college hockey and don't care if they do. Be happy that ANY of the games are on TV. And assuming that if you're complaining about games not on TV you aren't going, you can spend a few bucks out of the hundreds you will saving on the trip to pay for an online subscription. When I was in college NONE of the games were on. I mean NONE - not even the championship game.

My guess is they finally decided to include someone who was actually involved with college hockey and might have some knowledge other than the Mullet's "Hey, I watched the conference championships and think I know what's going on with these teams."
