"Outstanding save by Raty!!!" at 11:39 of the first period...what's with these commentators in the last couple of years? It was right into her stomach!

Nice job of sprucing up the boards for the tournament...looks sharp.

Good colour commentating by A.J....but sounds like she downed a fistful of beans before the game...goin' a hundred miles an hour and rarely taking a breath.

The interest quotient would ratchet up if BC scored first.

Good one so far.

Minnesota overconfident? Beat up from the last game? BC better than expected?

I fully expect Minny to still win this game.

Beautiful shot by Ramsay from her knees in the face off circle.

Impressed with Bolden's calm and confidence when under pressure.

Thought there would be 2 or 3 goals in the second period. Wondering, as well, if last Saturday took a bit too much out of UM.

It'll be interesting to see if the UM depth train starts to pull away from the station in the third period as it has done so many times this season.

Not likely but some of Minny's older players might still be remembering the beat down they got from BC 2 years ago also.

Terrible defensive play by Gopher defense. Insanely bad breakdowns have given BC two goals.

Gophers are again vulnerable. This certainly could go either way, but the way the Gophers "D" has played they better score early or they will lose.

The Gophers seem to be mishandling the puck a lot more than I would expect out of the #1, undefeated, untied team. Or is it just me?

Have wondered about this type of thing often but the vast majority of the time it is really inaccurate thinking since that "team" is no longer the same "team". It's the same program, same name and usually the same jerseys but rarely the same "team" so it seems to me that while most people including players have these thoughts or concerns they are usually unfounded.

I think it's safe to say this is a much better game than anyone expected. Well done, Eagles. Win or lose.

Nice goal by Davis to win it for Minnesota. Certainly BC played well and it was a very entertaining game.
