I think it is unfair that Minny has to play two more games next weekend after winning the title last night, why can't they just enjoy a weekend of celebration. pick up the Patty Kaz, the NCAA Trophy, and
make the rounds to the campus watering holes. Another clear cut example of east coast bias and the conspiracy to undermine the WCHA. To be fair I am going to give Frosty a call and suggest he play shorthanded for both games, just to keep things competative. Congrats to the Gophers on a terrific once in a lifetime season!!!

Going to Paris tomorrow then will be home Tuesday. Had plans to go to an AHL game Friday (horrible planning...) so trying desperately to get out of that commitment lol

Though more seriously if Minny loses this game none of us can ever come back to this site. And I will make it my mission for TTT to be banned from the city of Boston (and Newton for that matter) because he will be unbearable.

I think Minny wins but TTT made reasonable points that they aren't invulnerable. It should be a good game to watch along side bounceyball.

So, highest ranked team Minnesota has played all year. How are all those games Minnesota played against Lindenwood going to help them beat BC?

I think BC's tough season running the Hockey East gauntlet is going to pay dividends here. I'm confident.

Enough of these incestuous WCHA meetings. About time Minnesota plays somebody ranked near the top - MN playing 3 OOC teams with a combined record of 44-51-12 is really not that impressive. And what's with Minnesota scoring only 5 goals in the last 9 periods, obviously they will be in trouble against a high-scoring team like Boston College.

Srsly though I'm not sure I've ever so highly anticipated a game. BC has come a long way from "happy to be here." If you had told five years ago that BC was going into a FF game against an undefeated Minnesota team *feeling like we were going to be competitive* (!) I would have thought you were nuts.
