2012 Alaska Governor's Cup: A battle of like-minded schools

So the police report is for what? Do you contend that ripping up your sign is a form of assault? Or was there a scuffle involved?
There was a near scuffle and I was certainly physically accosted (shoulder charged, pushed, and grabbed). The police report is so this is on file and can't be shrugged off by the athletic departments. This isn't the first incident like this on either side and it's needs to stop or it's going to escalate. And if it escalates, it will look bad on all of us. We depend on each other for attendance boosts (including UAF as this game was the first sell out since 2006) for this series and the tournaments especially. With us having to rely on teams to travel to play us we need to provide an environment they want to be in. If they see us brawling away (which is what this is leading too), how will it look? We gotta get it under control. If anybody has things like this happen, do what I did, file a report so it's on record and let the athletic departments know. It's on them to start policing this better and if the record piles up, they won't be able to ignore it.

Oh, and if UAA's second shootout attempt didn't go in why did the replays show that it did? Why was no video review conducted on it? That's pathetic officiating.

What did your sign say? I assume you were in that crowd of UAA fans on the SE end?

Don't ever go to a hockey game in the lower forty eight, you would be devastated, the Carlson is mild compared to Michigan or Northern Michigan. For alot of people the action at the college arenas is all a very important part of college hockey. It's where college kids can let loose and have fun, once in a while it may get a little tough to handle for the visiting teams, but you want to stop the series because of this, why not just stop playing hockey. Pull your pants up and act like a man.

I should file a report against that UAA dude with the huge belly that dances like a teenybopper. That was certainly an assault. :D

It was like a trainwreck. Could. Not. Stop. Watching. :D
If you would of not stuffed folded dollar bills in his waistband every time he did it he would of quit way earlier than he did.

Oh My Gosh. I guess you didn't see the UA_ fans wearing the yellow jump suits doing their repeated air humping? Talk about disgusting.

Funny stuff, the guy riding his horse at UAA games looks like he's in his forties, wonder if he still lives in the dorms. Most people are having fun it just takes one or two idiots to ruin it. I hope when Jim settles down he will go to the games at the Carlson again for the most part it is a fun time for all, especially if your team wins.

I'd much rather see the outline of a nice toned body then the flab flopping around that we unfortunately saw with those seapup fans.

You know what the difference between the Carlson and those schools? They don't get physical with opposing fans. And if someone does, that person will be punished.

And I seriously doubt you've been to any of those buildings.

I get you're upset about it, but didn't you say security took care of the person?

Don't be jealous. Just because you'll never be able to get anything better.

Honey, I'm married with a kid. I don't want anything better. But doesn't mean I can't appreciate a good looking guy or nice body.

Re: 2012 Alaska Governor's Cup: A battle of like-minded schools
