It's summer. There are only a few things that we can talk about:
Recruits/commitments
FHL
Plattsburgh's coach and exploding scoreboard
Oswego
Hire/fire some coach

Re: 2011 Division III Commitments

when I was at Oz 87', we would get a few Canton guys every yr good guys who fit right in....

Totally different culture now with Jr. hockey. Juco kids not even as good as Jr. B and losing to IJHL teams which is like Jr. C.

Re: 2011 Division III Commitments

NAHL??? how good of a league is it, seems like they send a lot of guys D1??

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure NAHL is considered the second best United States junior league next to the USHL.

It's right up there with the BCHL.

Re: 2011 Division III Commitments

I think most would say it is the second best US junior league, but a case could probably be made for the EJHL as well. The later has a lot of younger, high-end skilled players. The NAHL still produces good DIII players, but the league was much better 15-20 years. IMHO it has too many teams now.
