According to their website, CBC will have the Bruins-Habs, Canucks-Hawks, Pens-Lightning and Wings-Coyotes, though Game 1 of the last two series will both be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, so I'm not betting that they'll show the Wings game locally (our CBC comes from Montreal).

The typical system is that the CBC gets picks 1, 2, 4 and 6 as far as Canadian TV.

Looking forward to weeks of the same odd commercials. Time for Heneault et Gosselin to "restore the rightful value of your 'ome."

I was unsure. Hate Dallas (because they stole the North Stars) and hate Chicago (main North Stars' rival). Not that I am a fan of the Wild, but given they are the hometown team, you could say they are my #2. I want them to do well.

It's not bad enough that they stole their logo, they have to steal their annoying goal song? What's next, their terrible fans?

Funny, I think the 4-5 matchups in both conferences are the least appealing first round matchups.

Anyone know if Versus had their choice of what game to show tomorrow? Surprised they went with Detroit-Phoenix over Washington/NYR and Pitt/TB

Detroit's probably a better national draw than Washington/NY and Pittsburgh without Malkin and Crosby is unwatchable.

It seems like Buffalo Sabres fans are going to get shafted in some parts of Upstate NY. MSG made a deal after Adelphia collapsed to carry Sabres games, but the Knicks and the Rangers get first priority so it seems like fans get hosed over the a meaningless NBA game. Figures.

A little surprised Richards and Crawford were canned after just two years. I mean it's not like they were Dave Lewis bad.
