Maaaarttty Maaarrrrttty

Blame the *ing defense who didn't level the guy, and also left Carcillo all alone in front of an empty net.

That 3rd period, Marty saved their arse numerous times.

Brodeur stood on his head tonight. All 3 backdoor goals were the result of horrific defensive breakdowns and/or horrific power plays awarded to the Flyers. I love how Clarkson gets called for interference in OT on Asham who was doing a high knee drill before falling down on his own 100 feet from the play. 1:55 later PPGWG.

The Flyers are killing the Devils because the Devils aren't getting any shots from the kill zone in the slot area and the Devils are basically a 2-line team with their 4th and 5th lines (plus 3 of 6 d-men) being AHL quality players. Rob Niedermayer is a waste of air and Langenbruner looks like he's pulling an anchor everytime he's skating.

Boucher is basically watching this series.

Oh, I was just repeating what the Philly fans were chanting. He clearly was great tonight.

I must say that I enjoy that HNIC theme.

College hockey note: Dwight Helminen is in for Heatley (injured) for SJ, and Ryan Stoa is in tonight for the Avs.

The Milwaukee Admirals versus the Rockford Icehogs game taking place at the United Center tonight has been some great hockey.

Double post. Nice to see Versus takes great pains in producing the best NHL coverage they can.

After ****ting the bed in the first few games, it is nice to see Nabokov get back some of his old form.

Looks like Chicago just evened up the series as well.

Shots in the 2nd period, 21-3 for SJ.

Thornton actually showing some intensity there at the end, forechecking hard.

Is Versus picking up the coverage of the Avs/Sharks game for the third?

Nevermind...just started and we're on!

It's a bad post-season to be a former gopher. Vanek, Leopold and now Stoa have all been injured.

Sharks should be winning this game about 4-0 right now, but it's still donuts.

Another great game going on in Denver...God I love the playoffs. :)

They're just not going to get it past Anderson if they don't put a man in front!
