SCOTUS announced that tomorrow will be the last day for opinions. There are 5 or 6 cases left on the regular docket. I'm still holding out hope for Free Speech v. Paxton, but it's not looking good for porn in this country.

The book ban err "opt out" decision is just ridiculously bad.

Alito is just a god awful jurist. He doesn't play the long game, he doesn't have a coherent legal philosophy, he just know what outcome he wants in a case and doesn't care about facts, precedent, or logic to get there. He's a bitter, bitter old man who wants to go back to the early 1800's when white men ruled everything.
