It's not the most important part of the issue but Kavanaugh saying "well they should just sue if they're the victims of excessive force from ICE" when he himself has previously voted to bar lawsuits against federal officers for violations of the 4th Amendment in immigration cases takes chutzpah.

Srsly. They are basically saying "this is a rogue ideological hack Court, and we will need to fumigate it when we get a sane person back in power."

We need 50 districts and a 49-member Court with fixed terms. Fuck this 18th century landowner shit.

Historians are going to talk about this Court like they talk about Dred Scott.

Also, states have to have the same relative size to not violate one man one vote. States either need to combine or divide. Personally I'd like to admit PR and DC and divide the states out to 100 of equal pop.
 
It looks like conversion "therapy" for queer kids is legal and a key portion of the voting rights act will be gutted. Unless ACB and Beer Boy have a change of heart, but I doubt it..
 
I'd be shocked if ACB didn't vote for it on the grounds of "parental rights" alone. Religious free-dumb and anti-LGBTQ are supposed to be her pet issues.

Justice Keystone Light will vote with the majority and then crack a fresh can.

The Tariff arguments are going right now...from what I am reading The Court is not impressed by the arguments Trumps team is making. None of them seem to like the idea of Congress handing those powers to the Executive because of hard it would be to get them back. (Supermajority to override a veto)

Alito is speaking now to the other side. He is going to vote for the Trump Team.
 
Alito, Thomas and Gorsuch will go down as infamous, cartoonish, ghoulish traitors to the principles of law and justice. Roberts will simply be considered a weakling.

I still have hope that the Handmaid and Beer Boy will have some dignity when the Court is restored to a legitimate instrument of justice. I won't agree with them, but they may rule on the merits not on toadyism and bribery.

Gorsuch does not appear to be on Trump's side...only Alito and maybe Thomas are.

(Alito is making millions of course he didn't care)
