No. That's my point. Which means it will never get to the SC.

You have to cite an actual law (or rule) that was broken to file a motion in a court. And there isn't anything they are doing against a law or rule. Lawyers get disbarred for that kind of cr*p.

**EDIT** My mistake, I didn't realize the Ohio legislature passed a one time extension to September 1st to submit the DNC certified candidate. So Ohio is not the problem, this time.


Also, per the FEC rules, Harris is the only one with access to the direct Biden/Harris fundraising coffer because she's still on the ticket. So another leg sweep of the Republicans posturing.

Even if the extension hadn't been approved they would have held the zoom vote before the 7th.

By "get ugly" what do you mean? Nothing anyone says about trump costs him any support. Even if his older kids turn on him the MAGAts will just turn on them. They certainly don't care what the likes of more distant family says.

People need to keep remembering this. It's the independent and centrist and undecided votes which win national elections. Every single one. Including 2016. That's why once the convention is over, (smart) candidates begin to temper down their more extreme left or right policies and talk more to the middle. In the final stretch, they already won over their base. You no longer need to campaign for them.

Exactly. People like my next door neighbor are so far in the tank for Dump, they've been overcome by the fumes and are never coming out. Those are not the people we should be trying to have conversations with.

I don't doubt that Senile Hitler truly believes disabled people should just be left to die rather than drain society's resources. However, color me cynical if I'm a bit wary of Fred Jr.'s kids writing tell-all books now that there's a prime opportunity to get some of the money that Donald supposedly screwed them out of. It feels like another grift from this family.

Anyways, Beshear definitely deserves a hard look. Dude got it done twice in a state Trump won by 26%, while sporting an approval rating of 65%, making him the most popular Democratic Governor in the country…in Kentucky…

Oh I don't trust their motives anymore than I do The Lincoln Project...but families like this hate each other more than they hate us! They will stab each other in the back just for a 1 minute soundbyte.

I mean do you really doubt he said the N word after a fender bender? I dont! I also dont doubt the other kids are scum too who think disgusting things. Let them burn each other down while we watch!
