I was wondering if the lack of booking was that it was both a penalty for the hit AND the embellishment. Sort of like two minor penalties in hockey when there's a clear dive.

The decision could be that there was no simulation (soccer doesn’t have embellishment) because there was contact but no foul because the forward created the contact.
