World Soccer XXXI: Golden Generation?

Presumably I am the only person on Earth rooting for the US and Canada and Mexico.

Nah. Yo también. Este año, me encanta El Trís y Canadá y Los Estados Unidos.
On one hand: Oh, Canada.

On the other hand: Haha get fucked Jesse Marsch you whiny bitch!

You’re a knowledgeable soccer fan. Dime mas sobre a Jessie Marsch, por favor. I read an espn article on him being “snubbed” by the U.S. I won’t claim to know if that’s true, as I don’t know if Marsch is a good enough coach to he snubbed. The one article I read on it cited the Canadian Minister of Sport as saying not only was New York City “larger” than Canada in population, but also Los Angeles. Since neither of them boast metropolitan areas 41 million people strong, I’m going to assume both the author and the Canadian Minister of Sport are morons.

Twist: only considers Toronto to be Canada.

Jesse Marsch supposedly was going to be the USMNT coach before they went back to Berhalter.

He’s spent the last 3-4 years being a whiny bitch about the ordeal. He openly treats the Canada job as his silver medal while acting like a broken ex-husband saying “I don’t need you!”

I don't think I have ever seen a better half of US men's soccer.

Closest I can think of is the 1st half against Brazil in the Confed Cup final in 2007? I think when they went up 2-0. That or the 2nd half against the Charlie brown jerseys in 2008 when they stormed back from 0-2 down and were denied the win by a phantom foul (but ultimately gave us Donovan's goal against Algeria a few days later).
