It doesn’t matter how many left-wing songs you sing, the club is still owned by a Goldman Sachs family.

And an NYCFC player gets hit by a can thrown from the crowd.

Stay classy Portland.

(Not surprising though)

15 to go, we've taken over all the attacks but we just can't break through so far. :-(

Maybe You are My Sunshine will shake a goal out.

There was a foul by Portland on that ball into the box that lead to a defender being knocked over. Should've been a VAR intervention.

Over there,
it's so quiet,
Over here,
it's a riot,
Walking along,
Singing our song,
Walking in a Timbers Wonderland...

Who loses MLS Cup at home?

I'll give a Kep a break now...

The New York Red Bulls were an MLS original franchise in 1996. NYCFC was an expansion team in 2015, twenty seasons later.

NYCFC now has more Championships than the Red Bulls.

It's no more than a lightly-researched puff piece, but the Oregonian gives Diego Valeri a presumptive send off.

It will be strange not seeing him out there. I think of him as the Timbers' David Wright. Good luck (and safety) to him and his family.

I just wanted to come in here and give a hearty congratulations to the Clemson Men's Soccer team on winning the national championship this afternoon. They probably should have won it one of the last two years, but as so often happens, the "lesser" group was able to persevere through the NCAA Tournament and capture the program's third national title. Go Tigers!
