NYCFC is probably more concerned with their manager leaving (sounds like Vieira to Nice is close)

Well that's a hell of a result for the U.S.

No argument...but they did not play badly at all...especially when it was essentially a U23 team vs a full squad WC favorite.
If Wood isn't too anxious on a cross and puts himself offside the U.S. wins even with those numbers.

All the remaining venues are open air or have a retractable roof. I'm not sure if that was a determining factor, especially since there are very few closed roof domes left, but Minnesota seems like an obvious choice otherwise.

Certainly. Though with 48 teams the US might even have qualified on its own.
