I don't drive to games there, but as I understand it, getting in is fine but getting out takes forever.

Sounds like Dick's Sporting Goods Park....great getting in...but a Total Cluster when leaving. Can't wait til Rapids vs. RSL.

Once again, you see the Nats on TV playing in the US and there appears to be more visiting fans than Americans at the game. Sam's Army sounds good though.

This team is f*king AWFUL! Not just because they didn't win, but the play was just substandard.

The entire heirarchy of US Soccer needs to get the sack. Klinsmann is the only one I keep right now. The youth system is full of political *******es who could pour p*** from a shoe with instructions written under the heel.

The head coach isn't the issue...its the organization as a whole.

Getting in was actually a real hassle. Sat near/on bridge at stadium for 30 minutes...which caused us to leave early so we could get going, that was probably best since we were A) subbing liberally B) playing terribly

The touch was terrible, there was no flow at all..guy next to me attributed it to not being ther first team...my answer was that either way they should look like they are on the same team...I would hope that the '2nd' guy isn't clueless regarding shape and tactics. Our right back was getting schooled the entire time he was on the field...but made up his lack of ball handling skills by being slow.;)

Stadium is fantastic. I like PPL in Philly but RBA is better. Field wasn't ideal, lots of slipping and loose turf although the US had far more problem than Ecuador.

Other comment, the Ecuador fans weren't away fans necessarily...most probably live within an hour of RBA

Yeah, somebody had commented on the amount of away fans...my thought is that a lot of Ecuadorians (?) probably live in the NY/NJ area so they were 'at home'.

don't know how often Ecuador plays in the northeast but it seemed to bring out a lot of neon yellow jerseys.

From the crowd I'm guessing Miss Ecuador is very pretty but she doesn't have a ton of competition. (just sayin)

Agreed, but it still doesn't make up for losing out on the World's biggest tourney to a French team that was so apathetic.
