So those of us who don't want the Badgers to have to face Gascon any more this season are rooting for Mercyhurst? I thought at one point a Mercyhurst win would also put Pedophile State on the road for the first part of the tournament but I guess that is no longer the case.

In the current climate, I'm not in favor of using the term "Pedophile" in jest. You can have your plays on words for various teams, but I think this is going too far and made me cringe.

It's not a joke. They fostered a climate just like the one we are dealing with now and, like now, got away with it. That institution has no credibility with me.

They also have a men's hockey player who is up on assault charges, not under any kind of university sanctions, and played the last two games against the Badgers men. The place itself is a joke, not what I said about it. Sorry I made you cringe.

They played on their heels all game. Out shot and slaughtered in the face off dot. They better find the next gear in the tournament. They're playing with fire with Edwards on D too.
 
Faceoffs were a nightmare. And my perception of Edwards settling in at D earlier in the game went away in the 3rd. Multiple whiffs on trying to move the puck. Move her back where she has been for her awesome career please.
 
My general feeling is that the Olympians have what they want out of the season and aren't focused on the natty. If I was Eden, I'd be in their face to get it together.
 
Not only is she not one of our top 6 Ds, you take her away from where she could have had an impact in a game where we scored only one goal.

This decision is a real head scratcher.

That said, tOSU dominated board play and put on a clinic on taking away time and space. Outplayed the Badgers by a decent margin and could have won 3 or 4 to 1..

KK was not noticeable today which is unusual.

Gorbatenko showed great vision and awareness with her pass to Eden. Nice to see that out of her.
