Normal Badger women hockey broadcast, 1070 AM "The Game" in Madison. I think there's a link to online stream at the schedule page on the web site, but I'm in Madison.Where do you find the radio broadcast?
Great call. She's 0 for 57, but such an absolute dependable player playing 200 ft and winning face-offs.Wanted Picard to get a goal too to help get that monkey off her back.![]()
It's interesting they didn't even dress Bickett nor seem to play Vasseur (hard to tell in the broadcast). One would think that this Stonehill game would have been a great opportunity to get them on the ice and get some teachable film to go over with them before they are trust into action during the Olympic period. Super great to see Zillisch show she as a nose for the puck in the crease. One goal can be a fluke, 3 not so much.I want them to send Vasseur out every other shift, try to get her a goal.
I don't recall Bickett being mentioned during the radio broadcast, but Vasseur definitely played. It's interesting they didn't even dress Bickett nor seem to play Vasseur (hard to tell in the broadcast). I don't think Zillisch was in the line up for the Mercyhurst game. It's interesting they didn't even dress Bickett nor seem to play Vasseur (hard to tell in the broadcast). I was really shocked to see Edwards play F. This has to mean she'll be a F this weekend, too. Why would they waste more D rep opportunities if that was not the case? I think she had 7 or 8 points om the weekend.
A bit surprised to see Baker ahead of Stewart in game 1 relief. It was good to see her get some PT. Game 2 I thought Ava would get the first period, then be relieved.
Interesting to see Scannell center line 3 and Picard line 4. She probably more offensive upside, but Picard is really sold player.
Lots of flux with the line-up game to game. Gorbatenko played lines 1 & 3, McCarthy 4 & 2, Piechenhagen 3 and out, Halverson & Enright 3 & 4.
And of course we can't forget the fact that Wisconsin had more goals than than Stonehill had shots. Love it.
Right she was not. Peikenhagen was in that game.I don't think Zillisch was in the line up for the Mercyhurst game.
She was not on the line charts. Good to hear Vasseur did playmI don't recall Bickett being mentioned during the radio broadcast, but Vasseur definitely played.
I feel like there are some D3 schools that could have done better than 17 goals against.Someone in the Stonehill AD’s office needs his/her head examined, or is this the price of admission to D1 women's hockey? There outta be a law.
About anyone 19U AAA and above would beat that teamI feel like there are some D3 schools that could have done better than 17 goals against.
Perhaps the MIAC and the NEWHA should have a battle and see who comes out on top.I feel like there are some D3 schools that could have done better than 17 goals against.
