Scannell played a fair amount of center last year, 4th, and even 3rd line. I remember a faceoff late in the championship game - OT - when somebody got tossed out of the circle, and Scannell took the draw.Shots were 16 6 UW. Faceoffs 15 9 UW.

I'm guessing they're prepping Scannell to play center when the Olympians are gone.
I'm guessing the rink is a practice rink for the Predators? If this is supposed to be a women's hockey showcase, why is it in a dumpy rink with nobody attending but fans of each team? You would think you'd want to be having lots of youth teams and kids in attendance.
Yes, that's correct.I'm guessing the rink is a practice rink for the Predators?
Now, it they would just update it!Hey, they added a score bar to the bottom of the screen! Progress!
I was just going to ask if it was 4-0 or 5-0. 4, because one was disallowed?Do they actually have video review in this building? Looks like they waved off a Badger goal.
It's in conjunction with U19,U16 and U14 tournament. After playing multiple games of their own I don't think it's that big a draw to go watch a game. Also, why are there only three teams? That seems strange. If this is supposed to be a women's hockey showcase, why is it in a dumpy rink with nobody attending but fans of each team? I can’t wrap my head around it but you are probably right. As a hockey fan I’d want to go, and as a supporter of girls sports I’d want to go. A lot of folks don’t really care to support anything beyond their own kid. I question how hardcore some of these kids are about the actual sport. Traveling around the country for a thanksgiving tourney but don’t love the game enough to watch D1 hockey? Makes no sense. After playing multiple games of their own I don't think it's that big a draw to go watch a game. .
I think it is the AAA fatigue factor. You drive to a tournament Thursday night. Play two games Friday and then two games Saturday with hopes of playing two games Sunday. Now multiple that basically twice each month September thru March. Would you still want to go and watch another game?I can’t wrap my head around it but you are probably right. I think we are both right. Ironically, watching D1 players play a game will help kids get better in a way that yet another holiday showcase won’t. If attendance was 500 or so perhaps some teams were there.I think it is the AAA fatigue factor. You drive to a tournament Thursday night. The organizers should be trying to draw fans other than the players who are conveniently in town. Just my opinion.
I'm listening to the radio, and Greenie is saying good things about what the Stonehill goalie is doing, how she's handling the onslaught the Badgers are throwing at her,As a Wisconsin fan, it's really hard to glean anything discernible performance wise from that terrible video. The angle is too low and the announcer person is pretty much clueless. I never thought we'd find anybody that wouldn't make the Big ten plus announcers sound like Ken Dryden and Al Michaels, but they've done it in Nashville.
Let's go RED!!
Where do you find the radio broadcast?I'm listening to the radio, and Greenie is saying good things about what the Stonehill goalie is doing, how she's handling the onslaught the Badgers are throwing at her,
