Email link did not work for me either. Went on the website and everything worked there.... after a half-hour on hold with the ticket office, because - typical - the pre-sale email link didn't work.

I won't get into the gory details but I'll say that the Athletics Department failed again in a customer service moment of truth. They don't just fail at difficult things to do. They fail at the basics. If the department was a sports team, the head coach would be long gone.Email link did not work for me either. Went on the website and everything worked there.
And on top of things, the whole payment system at the rink is lame. It's completely antiquated. I don't think anywhere else were I make purchases making a payment is that slow and tricky. Spinning that payment thing around is just stupid. Who in the world came up with that stupid idea.I won't get into the gory details but I'll say that the Athletics Department failed again in a customer service moment of truth. We should rest as many of the top lines/D pairs as possible - just like NFL teams do once they have clinched a playoff spot. The team will not learn anything from playing the Beavers that they do not already know and it is not worth risking any more injuries. Give the players we will need to get us through next February some ice time.So we've got game this weekend. Don't play ANYONE who is the least bit bruised up.
They get to play the Beavers 4 to 5 games in a row. I hope they can keep their poise and not get frustrated by them, they are playing a bit better lately. Shots the first 2 games were 33 / 13 and 44 / 12. Faceoffs were 31 / 19 and 25 / 20.
Am I crazy to think Edwards is a better D than F? I was very impressed with her when she got forced into the back end with the injuries. Sometimes her passing as a F in the O zone is too soft. It's like she's afraid to zing a pass sometimes. I feel like she hasn't reached her full potential yet but next season will be her last for us.
Do they play Ava in goal? I say no. I'd also park Harvey. She and Ava are the 2 players that they can't live without in the ncaa's. I'd also reverse the lines and play the 3rd and 4th lines the most, spot the first and second. We should rest as many of the top lines/D pairs as possible - just like NFL teams do once they have clinched a playoff spot. Per MJ presser yesterday - sounds like Ava will start in net, but they'd be willing to sit her maybe 3rd period on Friday or Saturday depending on how the first two periods go.Do they play Ava in goal? I do get the idea that she may want to stay in the groove and as athletes that want to play every chance they get. WI hasn't been in this situation where the last 2 games are not essential to the regular season standings in a long time. Obviously they don't want to lose either. I think Quinn is capable of getting a W playing a whole game against the Beavers.Per MJ presser yesterday - sounds like Ava will start in net, but they'd be willing to sit her maybe 3rd period on Friday or Saturday depending on how the first two periods go.
I think they will play the regular line-up on Friday. If Johnson get's the effort he is looking for, and they crush them, Saturday's line up will be the chance to rest players. Don't want to give Bemidji any thoughts of upset for the playoffs.I do get the idea that she may want to stay in the groove and as athletes that want to play every chance they get. It's hard to say for sure watching online, but if Potter has been out on the ice, I haven't seen her. Murphy a couple times, though maybe not a "full load" of shifts. Both Murphy and Potter on the line chart. Yay!
And no 'surprises'.
Potter played a few shifts right at the beginning and then they shelved her. Murphy played pretty regularly but apparently wasn't out for the first half of the second period. It's hard to say for sure watching online, but if Potter has been out on the ice, I haven't seen her. Second goal was from the line of Eden, Hall and McCarthy. Uhh, OK.
Not surprising, but no Potter on today's line chart. Zilisch is the 6th D, and Grace Bickett the 'extra' skater.Potter played a few shifts right at the beginning and then they shelved her. Murphy played pretty regularly but apparently wasn't out for the first half of the second period.
It's still a good sign in general if they're even on the line chart and considering playing them. I figured they might be shelved until the WCHA Tournament.
Yup! Kuntz in net.And Kuntz maybe getting the start?
Cool. Let's go REDYup! Kuntz in net.
Yes, but it improved significantly. And compared to the men's game tonight . . . .Well that was ugly. The goal allowed and the the whole first period....
