Grace has already appeared in 3 games this year. Both games at Maine and one at St. Thomas.Worried about Potter and Murphy. And hoping that Bickett doesn't have to burn her redshirt.

For some reason, I thought hockey was like football and a redshirt was still possible if a player had played in up to four games. If this would be her fourth game, she'd be okay under that rule. And that rule may not apply to hockey anyway. I should have researched before posting!Grace has already appeared in 3 games this year. Both games at Maine and one at St. Thomas.
That exemption only applies to football (and weirdly, wrestling) per 12.8.3 of the NCAA Regulations Manual. There has been a lot of talk of it extending to all sports (Kelly Sheffield has referred to it being adopted for volleyball) but those regulations haven't been adopted yet.For some reason, I thought hockey was like football and a redshirt was still possible if a player had played in up to four games. There's a part of the warm-up when four of the D players stand in a rectangle, and make diagonal passes to one another and to skating forwards.Zilisch and Bickett listed as the third D pairing, although I'd be surprised if they were sent out together all that often.
"Defenders Ava Murphy and Laney Potter are out today and considered day to day with injuries suffered in Saturday's 8-2 win."
Interesting.Kuntz starting in goal today?
There was a stretch during the fall when the brats at LaBahn and the Field House were something other than normal Johnsonvilles, and they better. Better texture, spice, etc. And then it went back to normal Johnsonville. I wish I knew what they were.Dry brat and cold pretzel for lunch..sad
Did not scream Johnsonville in my mouth. Didn't seem overly seasoned either. There was a stretch during the fall when the brats at LaBahn and the Field House were something other than normal Johnsonvilles, and they better. Nice of Murphy to wake everyone up!I approve of Edwards taking the initiative on the noncall on Murphy.....
That ignited a WILD period. I am exhausted.Nice of Murphy to wake everyone up!
After the unsportsmanlike penalty Ludwig and Frosty were nose to nose yelling at each other right in front of me. That was wild!!! They went on and on. I'm shocked Ludwig didn't give him a bench minor unsportsmanlike. That ignited a WILD period. I am exhausted.
Knowing Ludwig, I would be surprised if he wasn't also crossing some verbal lines so it's probably better that he just decided to let everyone yell for a bit. After the unsportsmanlike penalty Ludwig and Frosty were nose to nose yelling at each other right in front of me. That does make sense but a WCHA ref using common sense is not likely.Knowing Ludwig, I would be surprised if he wasn't also crossing some verbal lines so it's probably better that he just decided to let everyone yell for a bit.
