He's not necessarily a deep research guy, he had made mistakes about UW's incoming recruiting class, but how does accidentally miss her when she has been front and center with Simms lately? Perhaps actually he sees her as not worthy. I tweeted at him about it. Let's see if he responds.....he did, that was fast.....since she has another year of eligibility left, she was not listed. I guess that makes sense.

I had a little different situation. Originally signed in around 2001. A number of years later I hadn't signed in for a few years. About 3 years ago I tried to sign in and my password no longer worked. During the hiatus my email changed. I tried numerous times to get a password rest. I emailed Admin 3 or 4 times and gave them my original username and original email and asked to send the password reset to my new email with no response at all. After about a month of this I just created a new account. Still took a few weeks and more emails to finally be able to post.

He was pretty quiet for both games. There were these 2 sisters I had never seen at the games before and the one was rather loud, which was ok, but of course a little grating. I'm not sure how local I'd be at away games. It was neat to hear all the BADger fans at the games last weekend.
 
Great Job Kirsten and Casey! I'm happy to see both made it into the top 3 Patty Kaz list, (and I'm sure they didn't put KK in there, just to keep everybody from crying Wisconsin with all three! [smirk]) - But really, I wonder what would have been if KK had been able to play all season!

I'm rooting for both of them for sure, but I wonder if it goes to Izzy, not only because she'd be equally deserving, but putting Casey and Kirsten in the top 3 helps answer the "what do you do with so many great players from a single team" question Nicole Haase referenced on the PodKaz a few weeks ago. 'You had two players in the Top 3 - that's an accomplishment you should be proud of, but we couldn't pick which one was most important to your team, so Izzy wins!' type of decision - That is if Most Valuable/Important to a team does play into it which I would think does play into it, but maybe shouldn't.
 
So now with 2 PK finalists and a #1 ranking in one poll, a feeling a dread has come over me. Dread of it being another 2017 ending. Lots of talent, tons of success and a sad ending. That's why last year was so cool, they were up and down, expectations were "low" and they shocked the world. Keep it real ladies, play fast and smart. These next games are all that matter. Stats, accolades, pats on the back are meaningless at this point. I'm so on pins and needles right now.

Well, Timmay, MJ's presser made me feel like they were grounded, I think they'll be just fine. It was interesting that after MN scored 2 on Ava, MJ admitted he was questioning the decision a bit, but then she settled down and won a high pressure OT game, then was solid vs the Muzzyettes. I heard a rumor that Timothy A won't be at the game tonight. He is bummed and was looking forward to it, but life gets in the way of fun once and awhile. He hopes to find it online somewhere after he's done with life getting in the way.
 
No one should be admitted to the NCAA women's hockey tournament if they don't have a radio station lined up to stream their games for free. As far as I can tell, the two teams playing at LaBahn this evening have failed in this respect.

I am currently watching the UConn/Duluth game from Columbus without logging into B10+. I did, however, have to login to ESPN+ for access to Stonehill/Cornell.
 
Pretty impressive goaltender play so far through two periods. I think Wisconsin is a faster team of the three.

The Saintettes it is. It's going to be a tough game. Can uws speed stress them into mistakes? They had solid breakouts all game. They did allow a lot of shots today.
 
MJ and coaches watched the entire game from his balcony; he was even up there watching during warmups, with line charts in hand. The team (mostly?) watched from section2, below where the popcorn machine is. I thought they might head for home after regulation, but they stayed for the goal.

BTW: the refs were Ludwig and Kaehler. I don't know if that means we get them on Saturday. or not.

You have a popcorn machine? You mean you actually make popcorn on premises?

They have a popcorn machine, but they don't use it to make popcorn. Instead they dump premade popcorn from giant plastic bags into it, so it looks like it was fresh made (if you ignore the other giant bags they have sitting out behind the concession stand). That may have been a change this year, or at least I hadn't noticed the premade popcorn before this year.

The popcorn stand is the only place at LaBahn to buy a bottled Pepsi...

I love getting the bottled soda versus the cups. They should only offer it in the bottles because invariably a few times every season you will have soda of running down the seating on the floor due to an oopsy. We get there an hour before game time and the popcorn is already in the machine and I always thought the bag was there for extra but it could be that it's all pre popped. At any rate it's very tasty and it does taste just like movie theater popcorn. There's two options for the bucket, you can get a one-time fill bucket, or an endless bucket. I think the prices are like seven and $10.

Note to the folks who supply St Lawrence with things to munch on.... No more applesauce lol. And all grocery stores in Madison must band the sale of applesauce for the next 48 hours. The fate of the free world depends on it, well, you know, not really, but it's very important.
