I agree entirely with your assessment. I had DU winning thier first game, then losing to Cornell.

I wasn't drunk.

So I was at the Brew Crew game last night, got home @ midnight, went straight to bed, totally forgetting to check out who won the Hobey.........

I'm glad I didn't check, or I'd have been up even later.

Win or lose tonight, I am happy with what this team has accomplished this season. Regardless of how good a team is, making the F4 is always an achievement to be proud of. Thanks to all the seniors for everything that they have given to Wisconsin.

GOOD MORNING MOTOWN Got the the hotel around 10pm last night up. Shuttle picking our group of 7 up at 130 to head downtown. Can't wait...if we play our game I think we bring home 7. Oh yeah and we have a HOBEY WINNER!!!

I can tell you good luck finding it on TV in a bar in Milwaukee. They don't know what hockey is. EVERY bar/restaurant will have it on in Madison.

Yeah, no kidding. My son is at UWM, so I wanted to find something near there. Guess I'm gonna head to Pooley's instead.

going to Fanatics in the 3rd ward in milwaukee for the game today. didn't make it back to chicago obviously.

called em up and they said they'd have the game on with sound....which apparently most bars are not doing....how the eff can you watch a game w/out sound and enjoy it????

god milwaukee bars for the most part just suck

I hate BC so much but Sorry Guys..you have some great players and Hobey..but let's face it if you were in Hockey East you would be at best 6th place team. HE is now by far the best college hockey in the country. All of the teams top to bottom should generally have made the tournament this year, and I think the NCAA has very clear example of why the tournament needs to be expanded.

I mean BC just beat you so badly...it was embarrassing, BC toughest games this season were league games v. UNH, BU and Northeastern. Hockey East home games in Boston are better hockey than any that I saw in the tournament. I was great to be in the Motor City though and the Wisconsin fans were the salt of the earth..good people. It was fun to meet you all!

Yeah and the Detroit Red Wings would have been the 13th best team in the east this year!

Maybe for fans with less heart. Me, I'm not embarrassed, or humiliated, or anything of the sort. Our boys had a fantastic season, and one game at the end of it won't change the pride I feel for what they've accomplished.

Well said. While the season didn't end with a title, they accomplished a lot and gave us Badger fans a lot of memories. Can't wait to attend the opener, just wish we were hoisting a banner. Thanks to the seniors as well, appreciate what the have done.

We will be back! On Wisconsin!

We are the second best team. What are ya gonna do?

BC was a horrible match-up for us and it showed in spades tonight.

We haven't won our last title.

Let's start building again... :)

One hell of season, and if you truely beleive we would have finished 6th in Hockey East, I dont know what your smoking, BC got hot at the best time of the year. Congrats to BC

Can't wait for next year either, lets hope we don't lose many to early departure
