Huge gutsy win on the road.

Guys are relentless on the forecheck. And just D is exponentially better. However, the 2nd goal the boys gave up just cant happen and Im sure Hasty will be talking to Fitz. Gotta mark your guy and not puck watch!

Exiting the D zone is also so markedly better it is silly. 4-1. Im impressed.with tje fight in this team.

Yep. Fitzgerald was out of place on the PK, but good hustle at the end of the 2nd to flip the momentum. It’s fun to watch sound fundamental hockey.

Great road win. I listened on the radio and man…that tech crowd sounds like a lot of fun!

4-1. It’s great to feel Wisconsin Men’s hockey is on the right path…finally.

I watched the game on Flo. Theu had it synched with the Tech radio team, and I gotta say their crew was pretty damn good. Very even handed but excited for Tech and called an absolutely great game.

Personally I was impressed. So many of these BTN+ away games have student announcers and it is brutal. Was happy to hear the broadcast!

The PK looked a little shaky. Giving up a number of shots from the top of the circle area with badgers trying to get back to defender. Need to clean that and taking penalties up. Overall, I'm really impressed.

Towards the end of the 3rd, it didn't feel like we were going to get scored on even though there was a bit of turtle for about the last 5 minutes. Team defense is spectacular.

They were also without Stramel and Lindmark last night. Certainly not a good thing, but helped to get some other guys ice time...to which Hasty said, "the only cure to fix mistakes is ice time"

Profound.

Let's go play some hockey folks!

Cleveland a healthy scratch tonight. Wonder if it is for the hit he put on Tech last night?

I just am dumbfounded. The intensity and drive is just absolutely worlds better than last year. Worlds!

It's simply amazing how much harder they are on pucks. Defensive zone is world's better.

Great start to the 3rd with two quick goals to make it 4-1 AND Palodichuk is becoming my favorite player on defense. He's so darn good.

I am not optomistic about this. I have to keep telling myself this is just a fever dream lol. I can confidently say I have "abused dog syndrome!" Lol, the abuse is coming, I just dont know when. :p

Biggest disappointing stat of the week, we currently sit 8[SUP]th[/SUP] in attendance at 6,174 per game. Awful start to the year there.

Badgers up to 14(!) in the USCHO poll. Expected them to be ranked but wasn't expecting top 15. Leap-frogged OSU and PSU too.

I looked at 20, 19, 18 and 17, did not see them, then I looked in the also getting votes and they were not there either and I was scratching my head, then I saw 14. I just about fell over.
