Trek: There is no substitute
With Whitelaw it seems he might believe that the teams he's been on are holding him back, not the ceiling on his own innate desire, work ethic, and talent. The grass is not always greener....

Do you think Whitelaw got $$$ from UM? If yes, there's no way he's going to WM with nothing more than a "scholarship" in his hip pocket.Saw a report today that Western Michigan didn’t have a single player receive NIL money - that’s impressive if true.

Izdan is an overager for the draft. Will be interesting to see if he is taken in the later rounds.Izdan ranked 67 and Hensler 12.
It's odd that he just participated in the the kids events at the McClain Center on Saturday with some other players, in their jerseys.Sawyer Scholl has entered the portal. Not really a huge loss, but thought he was solid this season as a 4th line center.
Great news. I want solid d play so bad, it all starts with the back end. Also Luke Osburn was just named USHL Defenseman of the year. Should be a solid addition to the D corps for next season, I would imagine he'll get a chance to start over Phelan and Knox, but who knows.
