Wisconsin at CC - Born Small... Now Huge... Winning... Bring it..!

Re: Wisconsin at CC - Born Small... Now Huge... Winning... Bring it..!

Let's see...CC (Choke City) has something like 2 National Championships...to Wisconsin's 6! CC hasn't won a championship in 50+ years???

Better think of something more than simply pulling fire alarms! :p

And isn't it interesting that "Colorado" College doesn't have a single player on their roster from "Colorado". (half of Wisconsin's roster is from "Wisconsin")

Just sayin'... :D

How are you a cheesehead located in Colorado Springs? Alumni?

Ha! Wisconsin is just a county in the eastern part of Minnesota!

Did you know CC has two players from Wisconsin?

My main man Dave, let me answer that for you on Bullitt's behalf. You know how I know everybody anyway right?

Well Bullitt (Steve) and I go back several years. Bullitt was born and raised in the county of "Wisconsin" (eastern part of Minnesota) but like me served his great country well for over 20 years in your United States Air Force.

Lucky for Steve, his last assignment (before retirement from active duty) brought him to the great city of Colorado Springs. Since day one in Colorado Springs Steve has vowed to stay in this great city and never live in Badger country again!

Bullitt is a great guy with a wonderful family and I am honored to call him a friend!! However, GO TIGERS!!

Thanks for the kind words. Hopefully we can meet up again soon. Glad you realize it's nothing personal...just having a little fun. I always enjoy watching the games down at the World Arena...this weekend is gonna be a toss up. Should be interesting to see how this all plays out. I'll be at the Academy watching the Falcons play Fri & Sat.

If it goes to a 3rd game, I'll be down there! Hope to see you again soon...always good to see your Tiger Spirit! May the best team win the series...

Will Walker's budget cuts extend to athletic scholarships - including hockey- or will Wisconsin's cuts in education apply only to academic scholarships?

I haven't read the entire bill yet. I believe the University will find the money for all the scholarships. Now run along. The folks in Grand Forks need you to help them with their mascot fight!

UW will separate from the rest of the UW schools. Outside of a hefty tuition hike most things will stay the same in Madison.

What a deliciously Orwellian concept! "All UW schools are equal, but some are more equal than others." Fits nicely with Wisconsin's policy: "All workers have equal rights, but some have more equal rights than others." It's almost enough to make one hope that Wisconsin's hockey players are not equal to others, but that would be foolish. Youthful athletes had virtually no part in institutionalizing inequality in Wisconsin, but unfortunately their programs and their reputations will suffer as much as if they did.

This doesn't belong here. Knock it off.

Shut up. Stop. Move forward.

I believe he is the same d-bag that complained all summer that Wisconsin uses all 18 of their allotted scholarships while RIT doesn't. Like it's our fault they are cheap or play in the conference they do. Look at the revenues RIT brings in. Look at the revenues Wisconsin brings in.

Wisonsin Hockey: #Winning.
