WISC @ NoDak 2/1&2/2

Almost time for puck drop and this is a huge series for both teams in the PWR and possibly home ice for the playoffs. If UND plays like they did last week I'm going home to watch the 2000 NC game then out to my garage and starting my 4-wheeler with garage door closed. Like I said, important weekend. :)

Yikes. Unless things have changed in the last couple of weeks, you are about to learn a whole new meaning of the term "one-timer." The new play-by-play guy, Hammer, knows not whereof he speaks.

But at the risk of sounding a little sentimental, I'm really savoring this weekend. This series evokes so many great memories, and though these teams will still play each other, things are about to change. I we could get two reverse versions of Hukalo weekend, I'd never say another negative thing about the Badgers or their runty, dimwitted fans, I swear.

Any ideas as to why this isn't listed on DirecTV tonight? There's an "upcoming" tag on 626 (I think) but it's for tomorrow's game. I'm preparing to be pizzed off.

If it's the Rave, that's a club. Several hundred people.

The Eagle's Ballroom in the same building holds a few thousand.

Either way, should be great.

DirecTV dropped tonight's game. They do that about every other week or so...

I have bitten the bullet and joined suzy. Now my skin feels kinda itchy all over and on the way back from picking up extra thinner I noticed a very attractive sheep alongside the road...
But I have a plan. With extra thinner for the evening and if all goes well, it will be like that time with Dirty's sister in high school. I'm told I was there, but thank god I don't remember any of it.

Very good game. Refs still suck though! They were the only crappy thing about the game tonight.

Our power play was also crappy. The refs and our power play.

Otherwise a good old fashion slugfest.
