No. WKZO is for all sports this year. 96.5 is the primary broadcast and they can have 590 and 1660 as alternate broadcasts when they're not doing Detroit Red Wings and Pistons.

Disappointing loss but, as Jim would have said, nice effort. On the positive side, I thought they worked hard for 60 minutes. They fought well for the puck. The passing was good but their ability to handle a pass was a little rough at times. They put a lot of shots on net but many of them were rather easy to handle. Not enough presence in front of the net so the tip in opportunities were low and not much of a screen put on the goal tender. The only person who really disappointed me was the goalie. I really expected more from him. I thought that we would be sound in goal but I'm not so sure now. Maybe it was an off night and maybe we will see the other guy tonight.

One more thing--penalties. They killed us. We have to stay out of the box.

Actually get the puck out of their own zone unlike the last two years? Outshot opponent 54-18: Check

Contained Conacher: Check

Penalties: Fail. 5 minute major leads to tying goal, and got on their 3rd 5x3 PK of the weekend.

I liked the new goalie. He seemed a bit hesitant at first but seemed to get stronger as the game went on. Much more impressive than Jerry. I hope Jerry just had a bad night and bounces back. I think he is a better player than what he has shown us so far this season.

If it was just a bad night, then it was a bad two nights because the problems with Kuhn's game Friday were the same problems he had in the exhibition game. The only difference is Friday we played a team with enough talent (Cory Conacher to be specific) to turn those problems into goals.

The goalie played a good game, but I think WMU looked like we were just ready to play. WMU also was more aggressive it seemed on the penalty kill and they stayed out of the box. I agree they contained Conacher, but his linemate, Vincent Scarcella, is also very good and they didn’t contain him as much as they could have. In the first game it was Scarcella and Conacher. Pass from Scarcella, goal Conacher. Saturday night was a turnaround; shot Conacher, goal Scarcella. The good thing was Canisius only had three great players: Conacher, Scarcella, Morrison. Take those three out and you have no team, take that 5 minute penalty away and the score is not tied. One Canisius line did good against WMU. WMU looks good and has some good players but has tough opponents. Good luck this upcoming weekend, looking forward to seeing some more hockey!

The last two recruits are fairly high profile guys that were looking at programs in far better shape then us. Well done Blashill.

Yeah, so what's the deal, is everyone just boarding up their windows and doors or what? I guess you can have more time on here now, though. Be careful, everyone. If anyone gets bitten, don't wait to kill them. Do it now or be sorry.

Huh, worked yesterday. Maybe they took it down.

It should pop up a panel that says "Zombies - Classes postponed, stay indoors."
