You also probably didn't know that Maine fans steal alternators, UNH fans root for the Skating Mother Theresas, UMASS fans are foulmouthed, UVM fans are keen on the baby elephant walk, PC is a bunch of GOONS, and Lowell is a good place to buy crack.

It's a silly list, although technically correct since both Harvard and BC play their hockey in the city of Boston, despite the lions' share of their respective campuses being one town over.

In the beginning, there was Siouxfaninseattle, and he said, Let us track which conference is the best in hockey.

Siouxfaninseattle begat Bcwhsuperfanjoe, and he said, The best teams in college hockey are from Boston.

Bcwhsuperfanjoe begat Happy, and he said, If Boston's so great how come they don't have the most championships? Just curious.

Happy begat Davestpaul, and he said, Lo, here is a list showing how many championships Boston does indeed have.

All this occurred during a time when multi-quote became strangely absent from the whole world, and there was also much burning sensation from all of northern Michigan.

I will admit I'm a little biased. :D So I will post the WCHA vs the rest of the teams throughout the season here - if there is interest. So for the opening weekend, it's tWCHA 11 wins, tRest 2 wins and 5 ties. I have not included the UND/UAA game since they are both in tWCHA. There is one game in progress - AF vs UAA and one game tomorrow - Wisconsin vs Holy Cross. I'll update after tomorrow's game and throughout the season.

Union 4-3 and 5-3. Union very talented and St cloud should be as afraid as there fans are!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jon, I take it you dug that up from one of the greatest threads in the history of USCHO? The SCSU-Union series thread that closed by Thursday...that spawned #26! and St, Clooud. :D

It was a good weekend for tRest. BC swept DU in Denver, Miami took 3 points from SCSU. For the weekend (with one game to go) it was WCHA 3, tRest 5 and one tie. For the season WCHA 16, tRest 7 and 7 tie.

And the final game is in the books with a WCHA win. It's now WCHA 17, tRest 7 and 7 ties.
