DU goes on to the championship game! Here's to hoping that there's an act of God in the game between CC and ND. ;)

I'm glad that I get to watch a game tomorrow!!! I couldnt get away from work today to watch this one

Nice effort by Denver to dismiss Bemidji 6-2. The Shores and Kyle Ostrow combined for four goals and the Pioneers' offensive talent was too much for BSU to handle. Nice effort by freshman Sam Brittain in goal in his first Final Five WCHA experience. Good luck to the Pioneers tomorrow in the title game.

BTW, FSNRM is showing the story about Lester Patrick coming off the bench to get into the nets. Lots of face time for his grandson, Craig.

As of right now DU tied for 5th in PWR with Miami and Merrimack but DU holds the top 5th spot. Lots of games still to be played tonight so the PWR will change as the evening moves along.

Job well done. A professional effort by the Pioneers. They did what they were supposed to do by dispatching of BSU. Tomorrow will be the real test.

It is simply unnatural to expect a DU fan to root for either cc or und. The question is really who are you going to root against?
(According to RPI's computer guru a cc win helps them/Seth Appert's team--I guess you could use that as a reason to root against und.)

BSU and tUMD went into the 3rd OT, so 4 is the bare minimum. ;-}
