WCHA First Round - Denver and Wisconsin in thin air

Re: WCHA First Round - Denver and Wisconsin in thin air

Being in the majority does not make one right, nor does being in the minority make one incorrect with regards to the written rules.

Anyone ever tell you you're about as much fun as a root canal?

Does anyone in Mpls on Comcast know if one of the Teams TBD games on the Fox channels is this game?

Re: WCHA First Round - Denver and Wisconsin in thin air

And as I stated before, he can pitch a tent in the crease if he wants...as long has he doesn't impede the goaltender from making the save.
Like I said, I don't know a lot, but I'm basing my comment on the verbiage in the rule, which inludes visually preventing the goalie from making the save. If they don't consistently enforce the rule that way, then they should either start, or change the language of the rule, but based on the language of the rule, that was not only a good call, but an easy one.

you are correct. you can not be in the crease and screen the goalie. you can screen the goalie when you are outside the crease all you want. The old rule was you couldn't be in the crease at all. noe you can be in the crease as long as you don't screen goalie or knock into goalie.

Is there online audio for the game? All I'm getting is talk radio on the normal links I use...

Time zones and time changes messed with my head I guess. I thought it was starting already ;)

Tonight's game is going to be a real treat, a huge WCHA matchup on Sunday night with a season ending game for one of those teams. Stoked.

I thought I heard he left the game last night with an injury.
