Is VT playing that much better than last fall or has Maine checked out? It's great Tim had a "talk" with the team Monday. Blah, blah, blah same old crap.

and still not one of you dares admit that there is a chance that the boys lose just to make Tim look bad.... and QUIT or be forced out

it makes more sense than

Are you kidding me with this? If they don't have pride enough to win for themselves or the fans, no matter what they may or may not think of their head coach, I just don't know anymore.

Tim isn't going to quit and he won't be forced out after being extended. They might as well get their azzes in gear and play some hockey.

The boys don't live in a bubble. They have to know Tim's on the hot seat with the fans. When the Bruins knew Claude was on the hot seat, they played their nutz off as a vote of support for him. I don't think they're losing on purpose, because that's assanine, but I do think the fact that they're not playing noticable harder "for Tim" is an indictment.

And furthermore, who the puck is going to throw a D-I college game, possibly in front of pro scouts, just to get a coach fired when they can just leave school the next year if it is that bad? This theory makes zero sense. Try again, Velma.

Looks like I made the right decision this morning giving my tickets away and getting tickets to the bruins/ red wings instead. What a friggen disgrace getting beat up 4-1 in the 1st by a pathetic team like UVM at home.
