Utica University 2024-25 - Retooled and Reloaded

Big night for Utica and they didn't even play

Geneseo loses to Chatham 7-6 in OT, and now Utica is back in the drivers seat in the UCHC with a 2 point lead with 9 games to play

LOL. 14-4 in the best league in Division 3..."bad." Maybe the others commenting there have covered it all.

I'm not worried about how SNC does mostly because I don't know what's going to happen. They could make a deep run. They could miss the tournament. That's what makes it exciting. However I KNOW how Utica's season is going to end and deep down so do you. I can't imagine how demoralizing that must be as a fan.
 
Utica might make a deep run also, I don't know what will happen. One thing's for sure though, they won't miss the tournament, at least one game and at home ! Now that's exciting !

St. Norbert doesn't play in a league with only two decent teams in it. Losses happen. The NCHA has its cellar dweller beating a true perennial national power. When is the last time that's happened in the Ultimate Crappy Hockey Conference?

I have no control over who makes it or doesn't make it, so I don't invest any emotion in it. If they get in...great. If not...fine. I will enjoy the rebirth of nature in spring either way.

Back to hockey, where we ought to be.... Hudson was outstanding tonight. That game should've been another blowout, if not for his brilliance. (Piros was pretty damned good as well.)

It's all going to boil down to the upcoming Genny weekend.

No he did not. He claimed to be either a nurse or medical technician (can’t reminder which). Never a doctor.
