The NCAA has relaxed those rules recently.
I think that's only a Division 1 thing, because I know last year when we hosted the QF, we couldn't sell beer

I’m sure most or all college campus rinks don’t sell adult beverages, Utica is unique venue. NCAA tournament games are supposed to be neutral and not favor one team over the other. Rather than pay 7 or 9 dollars for a drink, one can visit local establishment. I would recommend Harp or Lukins on Varick St. located in historic brewery district of Utica. Short distance from the Aud.
On another note, the new Nexus Center has been renamed to Utica University Nexus Center. Home to Womens team and Utica Jr Comet junior teams. University will be paying 150,000 annually as noted in the press release.
Each conference has its own rules, but the NCAA run tournament has its own rules.Pretty sure that's yet another example of NCAA idiocy, regardless of division.
Utica was under the NCAA umbrella when it hosted the game that you reference, ergo, no alcohol, and no signage along the boards. So stupid, as though that crap will change a damn thing. But ridiculous conference tournaments are exempt from that absurd sanctimony, and t.

Fishy...Why do you bother, just asking ?
Wait until he hears goal announcements and goal celebrations must be equal during NCAA contests ! LOL
Looks like you know who is returning for a game. He looked pretty good against Plymouth.
If UU wins saturday, will the final four be in Utica also ?
I see the Comets have home games the 24th and 25th ?
Well then, what about the 24th ?
