Still can't stand The Way, but I bought that based on hearing Fire Escape on an episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and was astonished at just how good an album it is. Power pop at its finest.

Really enjoying our Spotify account especially on Mondays and Fridays when new releases are released, or "Discover Weekly" which lists songs of artists you've liked but songs you have not and suggests them to you. A fun way to listen to songs I might not have yet heard. It's obviously hit and miss but such a great feature for digging in deeper to music catalogs. So far today I've listened to new/old releases from Uncle Tupelo, Neil Young, Brian Eno, Juliana Hatfield, PJ Harvey, Morcheeba, J Mascis, The Hold Steady, Weezer, Elton John, The Replacements, Big Head Todd, Pixies, Sonic Youth, The Roots...
