Hal Leonard (music production company for high school/college jazz/concert/m****ing bands) has an arrangement of Megalovania from Undertale.

Lord help us.

Apparently The Dropkick Murphys are playing at The Myth tonight, 7:15 start. It doesn’t say when they will actually take the stage.

The rest of the soundtrack is amazing too.

The game itself is great as well (endearing indie RPG in the style of the Earthbound/Mother series,) but the Internet glommed on to it and it blew up big-time and the fanbase went batshiat insane so tread carefully.

Re: USCHO Music Thread: Less Talk, More Rock

Went to the MN Orchestra this weekend and did the second installment of Star Wars movie+music.

The orchestra was awesome. As always. There were also a lot of super tasteful costumes. (Meaning they weren’t just stupid plastic stormtrooper outfits or ratty robes. They actually seemed oddly nice.).

That’s where the good ended. Other people were in literally t-shirts and shorts. Oof. And the worst was how much garbage was left in the seats and on the nice floors like these people were at a farking ball game. Yes, I understand some is to be expected when you’re attracting non-traditional orchestra attendees. But this was really bad. On top of that, people thought it was ok to get up and leave during the credits. And talk through them. ITS AN ORCHESTRA CONCERT. SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP.

It was off putting. I know, I know, my snob is showing. It’s not a good look. But even back in high school I knew you were to be on your best behavior, you dress tastefully, and pick up after yourself. I was just so disappointed.

Reaching back to my teen years and playing The Train by Quad City DJs as well as Space Jam.

The music was the only awesome part of my teen years.

If this cannot make you smile you might not have a soul. Or this. Or maybe this? Perhaps we're not so awful after all.

This was more an alternative station. While I was there, I also heard "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" by Jet.

I hear ya. It's just weird to think Nirvana is 25 years old already. Hell, GNR's Appetite is 30~ years old.
