People watching before the BTS concert at Soldier Field has been amazing. Early leaders in favorite outfits include the guy in the Snow White dress, the girl going full Taylor Swift, and the woman in the Harley Quinn getup. Also finally realized who is keeping the entire pleather industry in business; it's the Army, apparently.
