Stay away from the red states, too.

Before I came out, my plan was to run a marathon in all 50 states. After I came out, Tennessee, Bama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Ohio are definitely out, as are others.

A third of Poland is now an "LGBT-free zone."

As a queer, I need to check to see if that country is okay before I travel. Poland is out. Most of the Middle East and Africa are out. Definitely not China, Indonesia...

Sad, but not surprising coming from Europe's most Catholic country (by volume; maybe 2nd or 3rd by percentage).

Really interesting to see that map though. The parts that are the most anti-LGBT+ are almost perfectly correlated to the size of Poland prior to the World Wars. The parts that were German Empire/Lutheran may not be as hateful?

You get similar maps in Ukraine. There, the westernized half is liberal while the easternized Russian Orthodox half is KnuckNazi.

It's as if internal mobility is allowing all countries to bifurcate into a modern half and a caveman half. People in the civilized parts of the US have far more in common with those in the civilized parts of France or Germany than in the f-cktard portions of the US.

Maybe get rid of geographic nation states and have two world states that float on the map: one for Left humans for one for Right apes. Like having Verizon or Sprint.

Speak softly and carry a big stick.

The U.S. Navy offered China a warning after a Feb. 17 incident in which China’s People’s Liberation Army Navy pointed a laser beam at a U.S. Navy P-8A Poseidon and endangered its crew.

In an Instagram post Friday, the U.S. Navy referenced the recent laser incident, which it described as “unsafe and unprofessional” and which violated a 2014 agreement between the U.S. and China to regulate encounters at sea. The U.S. Navy’s social media post came with the warning, “You don’t want to play laser tag with us.”

I find it disturbing that the Navy is using Instagram to warn China...

Yeah I mean that's a dick move by China and I have no issue with us telling them to knock it off. I just think we could find a better way than ****ing Instagram.

Like... wait, some intern in the Pentagon is sliding into peoples DM's using official accounts??

Re: US Foreign Policy 3.0: We're The Mets of International Diplomacy

I'm sure they used more formal channels to discuss the issue with China. Instagram is for show/clicks/likes and giving wannabe tough guys chubbies.

Not just that. It was "I know it was you. You know I know it was you. I know you know I know it was you. You know I know you know I know it was you..."

We used to fire a warning shot across her nose...but the current administration is full of ***holes, and instead fires up it.

Instagram must’ve been the next best thing...

Apparently Russian State TV has taken to just re-airing Justice with Judge Jeanine...
