Lots of rumors flying on Twitter that the Ukraine Military retook Kyiv Airport...seems sketchy though.

It sounds more like it was an all day battle with tons of swings in momentum and counterattacks. It sounds like the Russian were beat back by a combo of CAS and ground troops.

interestingly enough, four or five large Ukrainian Air Force cargo jets made it to Poland from Lviv. Will be interesting to see what that was about.
 
Unverified reports: Taiwan imposing sanctions on Russia. Which could be significant depending on the veracity and the contents.

edit: Taiwan has confirmed it. Haven't seen what it contains.

Yeah that is kind of how I read it as well...but the clickbaiters were out there saying it was a sure thing. (hence me saying it is sketchy) It does sound like the Ukrainians are fighting harder than the Russians were expecting.

And Anonymous still does stuff, they just tend to not go for the big targets much anymore. They also don't brag about it like they used to. I know they were helpful in helping to cause Q problems...problem is Q has their own hackers.

Which, at least around here, is immediately shot down with "Alaska used to be part of Russia too ya know?"

I believe they also messed with various police departments systems during the unrest in summer 2020.

Watching the Right Wing tie itself in knots both praising and condemning Putin (and finding ways to blame Biden) is the only good thing about any of this. 40 years from now I will tell everyone how easy it was for an entire political party to get Rick Rolled by a guy barely playing Checkers let alone 3D chess. Everything that was predicted in 2016 and again in 2018 came to pass almost on the correct timeline. And these fuckwits are so uneducated and stupid they can't even see it.
 
Russia will takeover Ukraine but the Ukrainians will make them pay a steep price in blood.

I saw this posted somewhere but, this is completely different war from Iraq or Afghanistan. Ukraine is a modern country where the vast majority are carrying a device that can take photos of troop movements and instantly GPS tag said movements and then share it instantly.
 
The Old Lady yelling at the soldier video is everything you need to know about this fight. The Russian Soldiers don't want to be there and the Ukrainians have zero fucks to give.

BTW the footage of the protests in St. Petersburg and Moscow is pretty awesome.
