Nice job. Its really lining up for us to play Lowell/Merrimack/Northeastern?

The projected NCAA brackets have #4 Maine in the Allentown regional playing host Pedo State in the first round, Western Michigan and UMass in the late game.

Last night, not good. Boija seemed little animated to me after the first goal, went downhill from there. Chalk it up to one of those days I guess. Not sure why this team is always playing from behind but I wish they would stop it :) Tonight needs to be bounce back night and right the ship. UMass has their number so its going to be tough.

Imagine last night was a wake up call. Tonight probably be a tight game for the season series. I think Boija gets vocal when his D isn’t clearing the net front and letting him see the puck. The D in front of the net wasn’t good. Hard to fault Boija when he is screened and pucks get redirected.

Post game interview Barr was disappointed in the boys.
Wont be surprised if we see Lesakowski and/or Dalton in the Lineup tonight.
No other options for the forwards other than mix up the lines.

He was critical of the D (djurasevick) over that last short handed goal. Cant see sitting 44 though.

Making the drive out to Amherst tonight. Hopefully they put together a better showing than they did yesterday. Was hoping for the impossible and that the regular season crown might be on the line, but alas.

Buccigross and Bissonette are fans of the Maine away jerseys…

Apparently they didn't listen to Boija :)

USCHO has the game starting at 6? I thought it was 7.30. Also saw that there is a BBall game in Mullins today so ice should be good :)

I believe it was originally 6 pm and they recently changed it to 7:30 pm. I’m guessing with NESN doing that live look in program they have 4 hockey East games start times staggered. This is like to guarantee they always have some game action to pan to. Basically on NESN they will flip from game to game to show all of hockey east. I will check it out until 7:30 pm but then focus on espn+ for Maine game. I might watch a replay of that NESN look in show if it is available.

I was hoping Berzins might get the start. Not that Boija was bad. Just was hoping Berzins could get more time under his belt. This game isn’t really going to affect much. And I think Berzins is good. Would hate it if Boija’s gets injured or ill in the playoffs and Berzins has such little experience. A start on the road against a #9 pairwise team would be great experience for him.

The game overall ultimately does not mean much for us in the bigger picture however..since Mass flagship rag dolled them last night, I would send a message tonight win or lose if we see you again we will punch you in the mouth. That's just me lol
