I was looking through the website of the program that my young son just joined (Seacoast Spartans), and saw mention of this. No info yet, but perhaps they will fill it with some background info soon.

A future goaltender for the Wildcats, Adam Clark.

The 6ft 6” native of Sherwood Park, who is known for his athleticism and competitive nature, will follow the foot-steps of former SilverBack's Captain Damon Kipp and join UNH in 2014-2015 following his 20 year old season in the BCHL.

Re: UNH Recruits: 2012-2016

Is my math right on this... with a birthdate of 3/23/1993 he'll be a 21.5 year old freshman before he even puts a Mildcat uniform on? Jesus.
Gesshh Nick he's a late bloomer...lol. Other than him the rest of the recruits will be 18 and 19 when they get to Durham. This years class being so old probably has alot to do with the 2 yr probation thing??? I think the quality of the players coming in the next couple of years look alot better than the last few..jmho.

Joe Masonius '97 defenseman to UNH.

From USHR:

Joseph Masonius, D—We saw the defender from the NJ Rockets organization for the first time two weeks ago at the Pre-Draft Showcase and were impressed with his overall level of play. Playing with his own age group he was even more impressive and may have established himself as the top ’97 in the district. Has elite puck skills and enjoys jumping in the rush and pushing the pace offensively. Scored a brilliant goal in overtime over the weekend, which really put an exclamation mark on his performance. Masonius will be watched closely over the next twelve months. He is a prime candidate for the NTDP.

It's nice to see Poturalski off to a quick start. Hopefully his production can continue.
Any word on why Masters hasn't been playing? That's disheartening to say the least.

My hopeful 2013 Forwards
Masters
Kelleher
Poturalski

Lose 4 seniors (possibly 5 F overall), bring in 3. We need to break up the log jam. 5 extra skaters is a bit high for my tastes.

Jordan Masters is getting treatment for a minor back issue. He was cleared to play last week but he and the Hitmen are being cautious about when to get him into the lineup.
