I mean...it won't be hard...seems like it's every game that the DIHL appears! We can't see the team from where we sit but I usually go hang out in the Ozone for the
second so I'll keep a close eye on it from here on out haha.
As you know there's a lot to be said for body language. I taught an interpersonal relationships class and I think the stat is something like this:
The 7-38-55 Rule indicates that only 7% of all communication is done through verbal communication, the words we speak, whereas the nonverbal component of our daily communication, such as the tonality of our voice, make up 38% and 55% from the speaker's body language and facial expressions.
But anyway, it isn't an easy job back behind that bench to be fair...but alot of energy good or bad can make a huge difference.
Ref, I think you have nailed it, but I would add that as a coach you need to be aware that your team is looking to you for reassurance, guidance and direction . I believe MS7 has a lot of work to do here, and as noted his public face is either non existent or so lacking in emotion that it is hard to get any energy or feeling from him.
I remember that was my first take away from his introductory remarks. No emotion no vision no sense that he must now be the one to lead the difference the past few years, less
than stellar results had produced.
