Gagne really helping his team trip after trip to the box. Lucky he didn’t get a major called on him, but keeps going.
 
Well happy I don’t have to come home and go to the Garden but would have been bitter sweet. Now it’s time for some golf and more abuse for the boys by taken their money.

First one was trying to stop a breakaway that he was sold out on. Don’t you have your own board or tooth to brush? Didn’t hear much after the Feb weekend from the Sparkster
 
Not much of a squeaker I'm afraid...

Hats off to the Black Bears...they came to play...executed and deserved to win. Thank you UNH Seniors you had the best season in your 4 years just wish you could've taken it one more step...Best wishes to all of you going forward.

UNH is just not quite ready it seems to win these games...(when will they be? next season?) you can blame the match up all you want. I'm sure / hope? For those returning I suspect they will remember this game and do WEIT to get to this next level.

They took some steps this season we should be happy about as fans. Except for a few blips Maine was tough when it counted and they are being rewarded for it.

I said I.can accept a loss to Maine and after the first period I thought we might have a shot. Alas we didn't have what it takes tonight and that's that.

And I guess UNH athletics is A OK about that. If nothing changes...nothing changes.

Ps...and to Jakob Hellsten? You deserve so much credit for your excellent season...We would not have been here tonight without you. Hoping you'll return next year but if the pros come calling best wishes!!

I’m enjoying it right now on vacation. Enjoy two Ls in a row. When you make it over 5 feet and stop hiding in your little man syndrome world maybe we can have an adult talk.

The best part is so many UNH fans were happy with their prospects of heading up to the Alfond to go through Maine. No effingwood way that was going to work!
