trust me, Sensers is livelier than the Mooch. Especially when I'm there kicking my chair over. :D

Gophers suck, Happy is a moron, Tyler Hirsch is mental, and Long Island Jeff is stupid. Plus Brent is a forklift jockey. :D

It will cost about $45-50. If you actually want to get a seat at the Blmgtn Sensers for a Sioux/Gopher game, you gotta get there 2 hours early. So: 4.5 hours @ one $5 beer per 30 min. = $45 (add $5 for fries). :eek:

Since Dirty is going to give an accurate prediction, I'll sandbag a little.

Fri: UND 5 UMN 150
Sat: UND forfeits in the 3rd down 26-0 after a vicious brawl breaks out between the entire UND bench and Goldy the Gopher. Lucia and Hakstol throw down at center ice after Hakstol tells Lucia that his hair looked better when he had a mullet and that his hair is lacking in the proper quantity of hair gel.

EDIT: The result is that the league forces UND to change their nickname to the Goons and surrender last season's McNaughton Cup to Minnesota.

Info is from a friend who has lived in the Cities for 15 years. Non hockey group is saying no chance at 75. Is there hope? I got free tictets from the U for the Merrimack game and they were top of the bowl and said 35.00 dollars on them.

Like I said, if you pay $75 for a ticket this weekend, you are a fool, or just don't care about money.
In the 2005-2006 season when Wisconsin came to town and the Gophers were ranked #3 in the nation and the Badgers #2, I saw tickets going for $100+ on the street. I walked up to the ticket office and paid face value.
The scalpers know it, but that won't stop them from trying to bait a fish.
Give them a hard time, stand around a bit, state your price and don't waiver, and you should be able to get in for face value to these games (or less).

edit: why am I helping out a Sioux fan?

Exactly, never had problems getting tickets for this series. I typically wait about 5 minutes before drop of the puck though. By that time scalpers are trying to unload and as a result lower their price. :D
