Nice weekend for the Gophers. The Sioux couldn't buy a goal tonight if their lives depended on it. And UMN was getting some crazy bounces that went in. Just not the weekend for UND.

Disagree. Only one Gopher goal was a crazy bounce. Now the pucks that didn't go in on the Gopher end, yeah Gophs finally got puck luck on some of those.

Exactly what my point was! In 2000 everyone was talking about how the Vikings were going to go into Giant Stadium and roll. This year everyone talked about how the Cowboys were going to go into the Metrodome and roll.

Let me preface this in saying that I'm not gloating, honest.

But wouldn't it be ironic for the gophers to use a sioux series at home to turn the season around and slingshot their run through the rest of the season?
