And make you happy? Not a chance.

I asked only because I'm obligated to seek help for you if you said you were. My relative level of happiness played no role in my decision to ask.

But at least you finally admitted that I can impact your decision making process. That does make me happy.

The turnover blows. But, chances are they are not in that position if the officials don't blow it on the Rice TD. Oh well. They weren't going to win them all, and the ten-point spread isn't telling of how the game was played.

Sorry to dig this up however, if not for turnover the Vikings would have won. ;)

Careful, they didn't like it when I said it after/during a Viking win. I can only imagine how surly they are today.

Can't be that bitter. The Vikings showed they could make mistake after mistake after mistake and still have a chance to win in one of the toughest places in the NFL.

I thought the vikings outplayed the steelers in about every aspect of the game, and they lost it on two fluke/lucky plays

What was the call on the rice touchdown....couldn't hear the tv at the bar i was at and am not familiar with that signal...

Clearly the red zone play calling needs work...1st and goal from the half yard line...and you get a free play..1 run 2 dumb passes...last week he played it safe with the go ahead field go...this week he has the tying FG in place...and doesn't play it safe.

Actually I commented on it last time, and I only dug it back up to reiterate that turnovers were part of the game. I think someone also said, that you can never be sure what would happen if it hadn't been turned over, so in this same idea, we can never be sure the Vikings would have scored anyway.

I'm really not bitter about this game, I said before Baltimore that we needed to go 2-1 over the next three and I really didn't want the one to be against Green Bay, hopefully they got it out of their system. So we won a game we shouldn't' have last week, and we lost a game we should have one this week. NFL, you are a fickle *****!

I def said if the Vikes are competitive for Balt/Pit/GB, they are for real, and so far they have answered the bell. Due to Chi crapping the bed, and (so far) having the tie-breaker against the Pack.....looks like a division title to me.

Actually you can be sure that they wouldn't have run the non-interception back for a TD. :p

Re: (un-) Official Minnesota Vikings 2009-2010 season thread

Did anyone listen to Whine Line? Listening the morning show they are replaying a call from it.

Guy was mad that the Vikings were passing the ball after the Favre fumble returned for a TD. After AD's big run he thought the Vikings should have played for the tie and go to OT. Sludge and Superstar made fun of him for this stupid take. At this point the guy's wife/girlfriend/random female started yelling in the background about how the Vikings should have played for the tie and the caller said it was a stupid play that lead to the INT because Chester doesn't have hands and can't catch.

You play to tie the game!!!

Some people are just stupid.

It's classic Whine Line though. Pure Hilarity.
I expect nothing less from whine line. I'm hoping I'll be able to listen to PA today, to see what he whines about for 3 hours, although, I'm sure I'll be sick of listening to PA after about 10 minutes.

Best call was a guy calling to complain about the Red Zone playcalling hypothesizing that because of Brett's ego he was changing the run calls to passes basically to pad his stats. Whine Line is epic! :D

Ultimately this was a good loss. AFC on the road, Super Bowl champs. You don't want that undefeated specter hanging over the team for too long. Now they can win the rest of their games or try too without even thinking about that albatross hanging over their necks.
